Problem Note 20975: Insufficient memory error might be returned by the SAS® OLAP Server when utility files are deleted

If the utility files for the SAS OLAP Server are deleted while the process is executing, the server might return an error message stating that an insufficient memory condition has occurred.
These utility files are used, in part, to map the server to the operating system environment. When these files are removed unexpectedly, this information is no longer available.
In order to avoid this issue, do not delete SAS utility files unless they are known to belong to a user other than the SAS OLAP Server process. Restarting the SAS OLAP Server will restore the necessary files.
